We offer part-time, flexible positions, and we will work with your availability when scheduling. This is a great opportunity for students or those looking to add some extra hours to their current work schedule. It’s also an ideal job for stay-at-home parents or remote workers who want to get out of the house and make some extra money!

Due to the typical winter slowdown, Catering St. Louis is not currently hiring. Since business will explode in mid-April, we will be looking to hire a great number of servers, food runners, and kitchen help (prep cook/utility) to work our catered events starting in late February, so that we are adequately prepared when the Spring wedding season begins.

Pay for everyone, no matter the position, is $16/hr. Our events are non-tipping environments. Hours will vary from week to week, based on our event schedule and your availability.


  • Immediate availability is preferred.
  • Must be 18+, but no experience in the restaurant or catering industry is required.
  • YOUR OWN VEHICLE (some locations aren’t accessible by public transportation)
  • Consistent availability, and you’re able to work AT LEAST 2 weekends a month (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday)
  • A clean-cut, professional appearance
  • Access to the internet and email for scheduling purposes
  • A positive, helpful attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and conscientiousness.


Servers: Our servers don’t take orders or run food, they simply place entrees, remove empty dishes, and ensure customers have enough water and wine.

Food runners: Run all trays to and from the kitchen. These will be heavy trays full of entrees or empty dishes, and you’ll be running back and forth all night long. It’s a fantastic work out!

Prep cooks: Our prep cooks don’t cook anything from scratch, but rather assemble, prepare, and heat up already cooked foods.
