Buffet Cocktail Receptions are the least structured of the three options and are a wonderful way to
entertain for those who desire a more “party” atmosphere. This style has become very popular in the
last few years.

  • The food display is ready and available to your guests upon arrival.
  • The food is available for 2 hours.
  • Bar is open for 4 hours for weddings and 3 hours for other event types.
  • This is a “stand-up” cocktail party with seating for approximately 2/3 of your guests throughout
    the entire venue.
  • Guests eat whenever they feel comfortable within the 2 hours.
  • The food is substantial enough for a meal, but all items are of the finger food variety, with no
    utensils.
  • A few tables may be reserved for family members as requested.

For this style of event:

  • There are no formal table settings
  • There is no head table
  • There is no cocktail hour
  • There is no assigned seating
  • There is no formal food blessing
