Whittemore House

The Whittemore House serves as the private faculty club for Washington University, located at 6440 Forsyth in Clayton. The Whittemore House has been lovingly restored to the original beauty as it once held as a private residence. Its many large fireplaces and hand-crafted woodwork make it a wonderfully charming venue for wedding receptions. Outdoor entertaining is a must with the covered terrace, which overlooks the expansive backyard. To rent this facility you must be sponsored by a member of the club. Available during the day on Saturdays and Sundays only, but event must end by 4:00 p.m.

Weekend rental: Friday–Sunday, $1500
Weeknight rental: Monday–Thursday, $650

Wedding ceremonies in conjunction with your reception. Cermony pricing dependent on guest count. Wedding ceremony price includes chairs and set-up.
