Full-time staffing coordinator / recruiter / human resource position available for a high volume, year round and seasonal hospitality leader in St. Louis. Position requires the staffing of part-time positions in catering, assist the catering recruiter to locate and hire restaurant staff, processing new hires, document and discipline staff.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for pulling weekly event schedules
- Organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that company’s labor requirements and needs are fulfilled
- Continuous development & training of current staff
- Builds external and internal customer/candidate relationships
- Document & discipline staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Shiftboard Scheduling software helpful
- Proven ability to build relationships
- Collaboration skills
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office suite especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Hospitality experience a plus
