We’re looking for a candidate who is eager to use their intuitive and inventive nature when it comes to recruiting and is interested in developing innovative, cost-effective strategies. For reference, in the past, we have had terrific success when this position participates in job fairs, local college employment boards, high school recruiting, social media, and B2B recruiting efforts.
You’ll be in charge of scheduling group and individual interviews, and develop your own talent pipeline to ensure the readiness of your candidates to do great at the positions we need filled.
We believe in data and look for this candidate to develop metrics aiding in a better understanding of what recruitment tactics work and which don’t. We also expect this role to create and maintain projection metrics to track recruitment efficacy, and want the candidate to build customer/candidate relationships both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree.
They’ll have a track record of sourcing candidates for all kinds of positions in varied locations and industries, and a year or more of experience with an applicant tracking system like Paycom.
Conveys an innate ability to build relationships, collaborate with others and displays strong written and verbal communication skills.
The candidate must be versed in the Microsoft suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc…
