Boathouse Annex & Tented North Patio

The Boathouse Annex in Forest Park was originally built as a boat storage facility. The building has since been renovated and tastefully decorated in a fishing-cottage motif. The large spacious interior is adorned with antiques, a large moose head and Vermont pot bellied stove, making it the ideal place for fun and casual events, such as bridal showers, baby showers, and birthday parties. The Boathouse Annex overlooks the Post Dispatch Lake and is situated in a separate building adjacent to the Boathouse restaurant. It does not have air-conditioning. It does have forced air gas heating and a gas fireplace for use in winter months.

For private events occurring May-October, the Boathouse Tented North Patio is recommended for events with more than 40 guests. The Tented North Patio offers a fantastic view of Forest Park and the Post Dispatch Lake. It is the perfect spot for graduation parties, reunions, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and anniversary parties!

*There is not a facility rental fee for luncheon events at the Boathouse Annex for a 2 hour event, however you must meet a food and beverage minimum of $500. See Annex Luncheon Menu below for pricing details. Daytime events at the Annex must conclude no later than 3:30 p.m.
